In My Backyard

The In My Backyard Series celebrates the joys and diversity of living in New Zealand. Come with us as we follow this group of friends on many adventures set in their backyards.

‘In My Backyard’ explores each backyard and the different adventures to be had while ‘In Tamati’s Backyard’ takes the kids on a farm adventure, focusing on one child’s backyard.

The My Backyard series is a collection of children’s books targeted at children aged 5-6. The series relates to children from a variety of cultures within New Zealand and encourages children from different backgrounds to play together.
