After reading many news articles about new games having more diversity and lead female characters I began to think about how diverse the video game industry really is. The thing is, it isn’t.
Dream Avi was created with thought in mind to include people from all backgrounds. Truly all backgrounds. The application is a story and avatar creation app aimed at an audience of around 10 – 15 year olds, or those who simply like creating characters and drafting stories. The idea was to have a truly diverse character creation setting where users could create themselves right through from different religions, ethnicities and disabilities as these were all things I found most creators lacked. Dream Avi aims to include EVERYONE.
