My name is Chrystal Marshall, I was born in Tauranga and have lived in the sunny Bay of Plenty my whole life. I have grown up by the beach and I love the atmosphere that the Mount creates. I love being outdoors and I love sport, along with this I have a passion for Art and Design. I love being creative. My degree project has originated from my love of fashion. With the theme of Beyond Functionality I wanted to show this by creating an interesting concept of pushing normal design print to a brand new level. This is where the velcro "Self Expression" designs come into play. 

The other designs are representation of being an "illusion" or consist of showing the logo/ brand.

The point of difference created within the site is that the viewers are able to become the face of the brand and upload photo's of themselves wearing the singlets and which can then be used within the design process for promotion.
